One Medical is a membership-based primary care practice designed around the relationship between you and a team of expert providers. From same-day or next-day appointments that start on time to free 24/7 virtual care, One Medical makes it easy to get the care you deserve, when and where you need it. One Medical streamlines everything to make getting medical care convenient, efficient, and even enjoyable. Best of all, SpaceX covers the annual membership fee (normally $199/year) for all employees as well as spouses and dependent children (ages 14 - 25) that are enrolled in the SpaceX Medical EPO, PPO, Guide PPO, or HDHP.

150+ Nationwide Offices
As a member of One Medical, you are able to book appointments and see providers in any of One Medical's 150+ offices nationally. Even if you already have a primary care doctor, you can still use One Medical for urgent care concerns. If you're finding it hard to book a visit with your regular physician, you just might want to consider switching to One Medical! Important to note that Kaiser HMO is NOT contracted with One Medical.
24/7
Access to Care
Even if you already have a doctor, you can use One Medical's 24/7 services, generally at no cost! Their free mobile app allows you to access 24/7 on-demand video visits, get treatment for common issues and renew your prescriptions on-the-go.
Eligibility
Benefit-eligible SpaceX employees (regular, temporary, and interns) can access any of One Medical's 70+ offices nationwide (in addition to the Hawthorne-based SpaceX Health Center) as well as 24/7 virtual care services (including online appointment booking, on-demand video chats, and the Treat Me Now features in the app). Legally-married spouses and dependent children of eligible SpaceX employees are also covered by the One Medical membership benefit.

Simply visit www.onemedical.com/myhealth, click 'Activate Now' and use the code, SXJCXOM15, to register. Existing or former One Medical members, please contact hello@onemedical.com with your code to apply your benefits to your account.

After you're registered, download the One Medical mobile application on App Store or Google Play.
To access virtual care, use in-app "Video Chat" or "Treat Me Now" options.
To book a remote or in-office visit, you can make appointments by:
Option 1: Selecting "Book Visit" in the app.
If booking at the SpaceX Health Center, filter by "Locations" and choose SpaceX Health Center.
Option 2: Sign into your account through www.onemedical.com
Option 3: Calling your local One Medical office.
On-Demand Video Visits vs. Scheduled Remote Visits
Please note that on-demand video visits accessed through the app generally incurs no cost to you. Remote visits that are scheduled and held over video with your provider to address any health or wellness topics are handled through insurance just like regular in-office visits. Your standard copays and deductibles will apply for scheduled, remote visits.
Note: If you are primarily located in an area without a One Medical physical office, you generally will not have the ability to schedule a remote or in-office visit. You will be limited to on-demand video visits on the app.

applicable to access care for a younger child
If you have a younger child for whom you are seeking care, you must first register your child with One Medical, using a unique email address and password for each child. For step-by-step instructions, click here.
After registering your child, you can access care for your child via the One Medical app by logging out of your own profile and logging in under the unique email address and password you created for your child as part of the One Medical registration process. Once you log back in under your child's account, you can follow step 4 outlined above to access care virtually or to book a remote or in-office visit for your child (if located in an area with a One Medical physical office).
NOTE: You can log out of your One Medical app by navigating to the "Health Record" screen. Use the gear icon in the top right corner and select "log out."
