A full service dental practice will be provided including exams, digital X-Rays, cleaning, fillings, crowns & bridges, extractions, teeth whitening, retainers, guards, Invisalign, and much more!
Eligibility
The SpaceX mobile dental clinic is a private dental clinic operated by Onsite Dental. The mobile dental clinic is open to regular/temporary employees and interns. Dependents (ages 18+) who are covered by SpaceX dental plan are also eligible to visit our onsite dental clinic. Contractors are not eligible for this benefit. Employees from non-Hawthorne locations traveling to Hawthorne are welcome to use the mobile dental clinic as well.
How do I register / book an appointment?
Step 1 Visit www.onsitedental.com
Step 2 Select "Returning Patients" or "New Patients"
Step 3 Select a date and time and select "Book Now"
Dependent Access at the Onsite Dental
Benefit-eligible SpaceX employees (regular, temporary, interns), their legally-married spouses, and their dependent children (ages 18+) may access the Onsite Dental clinic.
Step 1
Dependent must enter the facility from the main entrance of the Black Parking Lot.
Step 2
Upon arrival, please have your dependent state that he/she is a visitor to the Onsite Dental clinic and present his/her SpaceX dental insurance card to the Security officer as a form of ID along with their driver's license (or similar government issued ID).
Step 3
Once the individual receives a red badge from the Security officer, he/she will be allowed to enter the facility.
Step 4
After the visit, the individual must turn in the red badge to the Security officer.
